Even worse, it is probably exhausted from being overworked for many years.

I have now identified 16 markers in the body that tell me whether your lifestyle and diet is supporting your immune system or whether it is working against it. 

This is important because your ability to stay healthy and to fight and recover from disease depends on your immune system. 

I call these markers your 16 pillars of health. Usually, one of my priorities in your first clinic visit is to test these 16 markers so that I can assess how strong your resistance is to disease and which areas we may need to focus on.
