Take responsibility of your own health
As indicated in the last section, being proactive about your health helps you take control and this can be an immensely powerful tool to help you on the road to recovery or to prevent illness in the first place.
One of my key roles is to help you to take charge of your own health. I will use the Bioresonance machine to test for in-balances and toxins in your system and from what I find, I will offer guidance – but ultimately your ability to prevent disease, overcome disease and generally be healthy is really down to you.
It is you who has to put things into practice on a day to day basis.
It is of course not easy. It is much harder to be healthy these days than it was 30-40 years ago. As I said earlier, food is not as nutrient dense as it used to be.
Also since the second world war more than 500,000 chemicals have been added to our environment and very few of these are regulated.
Then there’s wifi and electro smog which I have referred to earlier.
So it’s not easy – but not impossible – it just means you have to work a little harder and hopefully with my guidance we can achieve success!
