Make sure your elimination organs are working well.
If I am starting to work on removing toxins from your body then dead parasites, bacteria etc can be released into your blood stream placing great strain on your elimination organs. Supporting these either through some sort of cleansing or support programmes is vital.
In most cases I use supplements to support the elimination organs and the bioresoanance to release the toxins.
Your key elimination organs include your bowels, liver & gall bladder, lungs, kidneys and lymphatic system.
Depending on the symptoms presented, I may test all of these organs energetically.
All elimination organs are important but the 2 key areas that I find myself working with more than others are your large bowel and your liver.
Let’s look at your bowel movements first! Gut health has been my speciality for many years – I know just how important good, soft, well formed daily bowel movements are to your health.
Some people go to the loo every 2 days and believe that is okay – it isn’t. (our rural African native counterparts go 3 times daily and they don’t get bowel disease).
Likewise many people have ‘sensitive ‘ bowels and believe it is okay to have occasional loose bowels. It isn’t. It is a sign that inflammation exists in your bowels – inflammation is the starting point for disease.
Both situations disrupt your microbiome (the levels of bacteria in your gut). Every week studies are coming through proving (what naturopaths have known for many years) that your good health is dependent on keeping good levels of healthy bacteria in your gut.
I will usually test your levels of good bacteria.
Antibiotics can be disruptive to gut and general long term health because they indirectly weaken your immune system by wiping out your protective, healthy bacteria.
I now see many young people with debilitating bowel issues which can often be traced back to the taking of antibiotics early on in life.
Of course we will all need antibiotics in our time and you must be guided by your doctor as to when antibiotics are required. However, if you are prescribed them, you must recover your good bacteria as soon as the as the antibiotics course has been completed. You will usually need a good probiotic supplement for this.
As I say to everyone who listens to me, if you have a good daily intake of Soluble fibre and natural probiotic bacteria (dairy free) then you are never likely to suffer bowel disease.
As most disease starts in your gut, this means simply by taking soluble fibre and good gut bacteria daily can go a long way to help prevent disease both directly and indirectly.
Gut – brain link
More is spoken these days about the gut - brain link which demonstrates just how your gut health and in particularly your healthy gut bacteria, can influence almost every function in your body.
Long term gut problems are being associated as being one of the potential causes of Alzheimers and Parkinsons. It now seems clear that these types of illnesses are the result of the brain being overloaded by the increasing levels of toxins that are in our environment and food.
If your elimination organs are not working well then your body can get overwhelmed, allowing toxins into your Central Nervous System and ultimately your brain.
Let’s take the example of your lymphatic system that helps to drain waste matter from your connective tissue. This is where waste matter can accumulate and start to cause disease.
A diet that is too acidic will promote an acidic environment within your connective tissue and increase your chances of disease. See Pillar of Health 5.
Putting it very simply, the lymphatic system is key to draining waste from this area and it empties acidic waste into the blood stream where it needs to be removed/filtered by the liver and gall bladder. It is then emptied into the small intestine where its toxins are bound to soluble fibre and removed through the large bowel.
You can imagine just what can happen if your bowels are not removing waste on a daily basis. Everything gets backed up to the point where the lymphatic system is too congested to empty waste from the connective tissue – which now becomes congested with pathogenic waste such as parasites, heavy metals and viruses.
This prevents your cells from communicating efficiently and can be major contributor factors to how disease, including cancer, can begin.
Most chronic diseases will have some accumulation of toxins in the connective tissue.
All of your elimination organs are inter-connected and rely on each other.
Before embarking on any removal of pathogens I will always test the key elimination organs and quite often I encourage some sort of liver cleansing
Younger generations are suffering a greater number of gut diseases.
It seems as though every generation is now passing on a weaker digestive system to the next.
Key Product: Colon cleanse.
There are many products to support your elimination processes. Colon cleanse is a product I developed myself.
It is a 3 in 1 formulation that repopulates the gut with good bacteria, but it also includes an amazing soluble fibre that ‘cleanses’ your system on a daily basis. It is the basis for nearly all of my bowel health programmes.
